Creative Content & Short Formats Lead
Mission
Within .NeuroRestore, a research, innovation and treatment center spanning EPFL, CHUV and UNIL, you will design, produce, and distribute short, impactful, and immersive content across digital platforms, highlighting groundbreaking scientific, technological and clinical projects. You will place special emphasis on communicating the work of Professor Grégoire Courtine and Professor Jocelyne Bloch, the co-directors of .NeuroRestore.
.NeuroRestore develops and applies bioengineering strategies involving neurosurgical interventions to restore neurological functions. We integrate implantable neurotechnologies and innovative treatments stemming from 15 years of rigorous preclinical studies. These efforts have led to major breakthroughs for paraplegia, tetraplegia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and traumatic brain injury.

Main duties and responsibilities

Conceive, script, produce, film, and edit short-form and immersive video content tailored for social media and digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Develop and implement an editorial and distribution strategy aligned with the NeuroRestore mission, coordinating with communication teams at EPFL, CHUV, and partner institutions

Adapt and repurpose content for different platforms and audiences, ensuring strong storytelling and visual consistency

Participate in field shoots (laboratory, clinical environments, with patients)

Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
-
Identify high-potential stories with media impact, and liaise with media relations teams to maximize reach
Profile
-
Degree in multimedia production, digital communication, journalism, or related field
-
Proven experience in creating, filming, and editing digital content, especially short formats for social media

Strong skills in storytelling, creative writing, and visual design
-
Excellent command of production tools (Adobe suite or similar)

Ability to work independently and proactively within a multidisciplinary environment

Fluency in French and English

Interest in science, medicine, and technology communication
