Data & Machine Learning Analyst - Executive Education Programs

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data & Machine Learning Analyst to support data-driven optimization of executive education programs. The role focuses on data engineering, database harmonization, and the application of machine learning techniques to improve participant onboarding processes and post-program follow-up.

This position is offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract (CDD).

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and integration across multiple structured data sources
  • Design and maintain harmonized databases to ensure data consistency and reliability
  • Develop and apply machine learning models to optimize:
    • Participant onboarding processes
    • Engagement tracking and post-program follow-up
  • Analyze program performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making
  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for continuous program improvement

Profile

Required Background & Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in:
    • Supply chain
    • Operations analytics
    • Business analytics or data science
  • Strong understanding of the academic or executive education environment
  • Experience working in business-oriented data and AI projects
  • Familiarity with cross-functional environments involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
  • Solid knowledge of machine learning methods (predictive modeling, optimization, analytics)
  • Understanding of machine learning applications in business contexts
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SAP BI)
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Qualifications

  • Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to academic and executive stakeholders
