Junior Project Manager - Enhanced Learning Programs (80%)
Mission
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the development and delivery of our EPFL Enhanced Learning Programs, with a particular focus on the MacCall McBain Leadership Development Program.
This role combines project management, program coordination, and community-building. The successful candidate will play a key role in structuring program activities, supporting scholars, and fostering a vibrant and engaged learning community.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate program activities for the MacCall McBain Leadership Development Program, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives
- Support and engage scholars throughout the program lifecycle, fostering a strong sense of community and ensuring timely completion of outputs
- Design and implement initiatives to grow and strengthen the program community, including alumni engagement and peer interaction
- Coordinate the application and selection process, ensuring a high-quality and efficient candidate experience
- Plan and oversee program events and workshops, from concept to delivery, including logistics and stakeholder coordination
- Monitor budgets and reporting
- Develop and manage program documentation, including reports, certificates, and course materials
- Collect, analyze, and report on program feedback and performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement
- Contribute to communication and outreach efforts, helping promote the program and increase its visibility
Profile
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a related field (ideally in education, leadership programs, or non-profit environments)
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; a background in communication and marketing is an asset
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Interest in community building, leadership development, and student engagement
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Availability and flexibility to work on certain weekends and evenings
- Proficiency in standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Fluency in English and French (C1 level at least for both)
