Postdoc Position in Stochastic Analysis
Mission
Two or more on-site, postdoc positions are available at EPFL (Lausanne, Switzerland) in the group of Professor Xue-Mei Li.
We seek outstanding candidates working in Stochastic Analysis with emphasis on stochastic differential equations / multi-scale stochastic systems / SDEs driven by fractional Brownian motions / Functional Central Limit Theorems / Stochastics processes on manifolds.
The precise research topic(s) will be discussed with the successful candidate depending on their background and affinities.
Main duties and responsibilities

- Actively contribute to all departmental and group activities.
Profile
- A Ph.D. in Mathematics.
- A strong research record in stochastic analysis and related
- A strong background in Stochastic Analysis and Probability Theory
- Proficiency in English. EPFL’s global setting makes English the primary language of instruction and interaction, with no requirement for French.
