Program Coordinator - Enhanced Learning Programs (50%)

Mission

We are seeking a motivated and organised Program Coordinator to support the development and delivery of EPFL Enhanced Learning Programs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an academic environment, coordinating activities, and supporting students throughout their learning journey.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Support and mentor scholars throughout their journey, ensuring timely progress and successful completion of program outputs
  • Organize and assist in the coordination of the program application and selection processes
  • Plan and support engaging program events, overseeing logistics and ensuring seamless execution
  • Organize and support student workshops, contributing to a dynamic and interactive learning environment
  • Monitor the program budget and oversee scholarship payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare, review, and manage official program documentation, including certificates and course materials
  • Design, administer, and analyze feedback surveys, using insights to continuously improve program quality
  • Contribute to communication and promotion efforts, helping increase program visibility through outreach, content, and updates

Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, education, or administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; a background in communication and marketing is an asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Availability and flexibility to work on certain weekends and evenings
  • Proficiency in standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Fluency in English and French (min. of C1 level for both)
