Project Manager (80%-100%)
Mission
We are in search of a project manager for the Innovation Booster Robotics program, aiming to contribute to program development and raise awareness of the Innosuisse program among a diverse range of stakeholders at a national level.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Project management
o Operational organization of yearly theme-based events such as ideation workshops (sending invitations, logistics, catering, stakeholder coordination, promotion…) and
o Support in the organization of the Swiss Robotics Day event
o Management of contact database of robotics stakeholders (industry, academia, third-party funders, media, other boosters, …)
o Organization of call for proposals and review processes
o Support the coordination of consultants and working groups
o Preparation of documents and presentation material (slide deck, videos, infographics)
o Liaison with institutional partners
- Communication and public relations
o Work with various online platforms and websites (e.g., Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, WordPress).
o Promotion of activities through booster-dedicated social media platforms (creation of content and curation)
o Development of regular booster newsletters with input from community stakeholders and the program coordinator
o Development of online and print promotional material (e.g., videos, flyers, brochures)
o Administrative tasks and support to EPFL Robotics Community if needed
Profile
- Master degree or equivalent
- Expertise and minimum 3-year experience in project management
- Numerical and budgeting skills, experience in financial project management
- Experience in communication
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Fluent (C2) in French and English (written and spoken) and a working level of German
- Able to learn and take responsibility quickly and proactively
- Outgoing and with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team player, open minded and committed
- Capacity and readiness to undertake administrative tasks
- Background in robotics desired
